What is jesmonite (the product we use to make our jars) ?

It was invented by Peter Hawkins in the United Kingdom in 1984. It is a water-based composite material used in fine arts crafts and construction. Jesmonite is safe to use and contains no solvents or VOCs. It qualifies as an eco-resin because of it's composition : mineral and water-based, making it environmentally friendly + you can recycle it in the same way as traditional glass reinforced plaster.
